You were both lucky to get the judge that seems to understand that you both were decent humans, operating within the law as best you could and didn't see any sense in incarceration for either of you. I have heard that Ed Rosenthal the guru of ganja is in fact a rat for the government. A stooge, a stoolie, a fink, an informant, a person that co-operates, tells on you..He is the perfect person to have infiltrated the movement and then while you have your guard down you give up things to him that he passes on..A friend from Canada told me so. He said that a bunch of people got busted and some how he was a common thread through out.

Ed Rosenthal is not a rat. Rumors are what rats are made of. He was arrested and had to spend his life fighting in court for his freedom, not to mention his money. It took years of lawyers and aggravation for him and his family. Obviously you don't know him and wish to slander/libel him for some reason Mr. anonymous. Get your facts straight. He was lucky to not have to spend time in prison, but he fought hard for his freedom. You must be part of a movement to quell the marijuana movement, or a stoolie yourself.
