Sucking on pen caps has caused many deaths in children. If we teach children not to suck on pen caps they might not die. However some argue that sucking on pen caps is a moral character flaw and that we should just say "NO". These people argue that talking about the issue is like condoning the behaviour and it is wrong. A good American should not let their kids hang out with pens in the first place. Children don't need pens, they should be given a gun to play with, just like when I was a kid.
