I am putting together a list of people that deserve clemency from prosecution and persecution from the cannabis laws.
Over the years many states have passed laws and for the use of medical use of cannabis. Meanwhile the states and federal government have tried to squash the will of the people.
If you know of some one that deserves clemency from persecution, please submit their name here,
Thank You,
Ken

Active ingredient in cannabis may promote the generation of new neurons in the brain.
"The recent discovery that the hippocampus is able to generate new neurons throughout a human's lifespan has changed the way we think about the mechanisms of psychiatric disorders and drug addiction," says Wen Jian and colleagues in a study published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation in 2005.

I came across this article recently and it affirms my feelings.
This is why drugs should remain illegal..So probation officers can get laid..
In Anchorage, Alaska, a state probation officer was arrested January 19 on charges he certified a female probationer's dirty drug test as clean in return for sexual favors and money. James Stanton, 53, was arrested in the Nesbett Courthouse, where he worked. Stanton faces bribery and official misconduct charges. At last report, Stanton was jailed on $10,000 bail.

This week with the bulging deficit spending that California is engaged in, the governator has made signs that it might be a good idea to send the prisoners in California to Mexico as a way of saving money. I have a great idea, why don't we just return California to Mexico. The Anglos have already milked the gold from the hills and squeezed the life out of this place. Might as well hand it over to Mexico. They seem to be able to do things better and cheaper anyway.

Its January and "the winter time here" but in Cambodia the dry season has just begun. The days are getting warm and hot. The rain has stopped and the "high" season has begun for the tourist to flock there. They come by the boat, bus, and plane full. They seek the sun, the beach, cheap food and beer, and most of all they cum for the fun. Many are in quest of young women that have been sold into slavery by their parents. Not all but many parents raise their young daughters to be virgins so that they might get the highest price for her possible. Its truly sad.

As most of you that read this know there has been a lot of devastation in Haiti. Its hearth wrenching when you see the images on the tube and net. For me it conjures up memories that I had repressed. The memories of why I abandoned my plan to head to Brazil after departing Canada in my quest for freedom. I arrived in Amsterdam after a 12 hour flight from Vancouver international airport. The tears still fresh in my eyes, from hours of un-restrained wailing. The elder woman sitting next to me had no idea why I would be shedding so much water from eyes.

After being told by the police in Romania that I could return anytime I want after my extradition. I was told that my problems in Romania were over. Then to double check as I was trying to pursue my medical education. I called my lawyer in Constanta to find out that on the second or third time asking him he found out that I need to serve 4 and half more months in a Romanian prison if I want to return. However I can ask the president of Romania to grant me a pardon. I asked him if that was possible. He said that it would be more possible if the U.S.
Scientists have discovered the oldest stash of marijuana in a far outback part of China. The hidden cannabis is 2,7000 years old and it was grown for psychoactive necessities, not like fabric for clothes or food.
Approximately 789 grams of dried cannabis was buried next to a light-haired and blue-eyed Caucasian man, who was 45 years old, probably a shaman of the Gushi tribe, bear Turpan in North-West China.
Alkaline soil and dry conditions preserved the plant, which was still green, although it had lost its odour, thus allowing the scientists to carefully analyse it.

This country once had a famous tea party in Boston. Now here we are today over taxed and under served. We have some of the worst medical care on the face of the planet in the developed world. Our kids in the worlds 5th largest economy have some of the lowest ratings with regard to over all education and a high drop out rate. We have smart bombs and dumb kids. This dumbing down has been deliberate and its time for it to come to an end. We have democracy and vote for things to help the sick and relieve the medical system.
